3. Subscription and Data

3.1 Upon registering for the Lygometryx.AI platform, you may be asked to provide:- Your business name and related details, including goods/services offered.
- A valid email address and phone number.
- Payment details, such as credit card or bank information.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel your registration if the provided data is inaccurate or incomplete.3.3 You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date client information and informing us of any necessary changes.3.4 We may use client data to provide services, including integration and customer support. 4.1 Lygometryx.AI integrates with eCommerce platforms, providing customers with features such as real-time inventory updates, personalized product recommendations, and predictive analytics (e.g., customer churn prediction, dynamic pricing models).4.2 Services provided by us include:- Integration: Customizing and implementing Lygometryx.AI solutions into your platform, as outlined in the Order Form.
- Ongoing Support and Maintenance: Offering continuous service, updates, and optimization based on agreed terms.
- Additional Services: Any custom requests for additional features or platform modifications will be subject to a written agreement and possible extra charges.
4.3 We reserve the right to modify the platform's functionality and service offerings at any time to improve service quality.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 The Integration Costs (setup fees) and Monthly Costs (subscription fees) will be outlined in the Order Form.5.2 By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to debit your account for all applicable fees.5.3 Late payments may incur interest or service suspensions at our discretion.

6. Termination

6.1 The terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. We may terminate your account immediately if there is a violation of these Terms.6.2 Upon termination, all fees and accrued charges up to the termination date will still be payable.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Lygometryx.AI platform is subject to a non-exclusive license, allowing you to use the platform within the terms of this agreement. Intellectual property rights remain solely with Lygometryx Aus or its third-party licensors.7.2 You agree not to reverse-engineer or misuse any part of the platform or its intellectual property.

8. GDPR Compliance

8.1 If your business operates within a region where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, you must ensure compliance with all GDPR requirements.8.2 You will indemnify Lygometryx.AI for any liabilities or costs incurred due to your non-compliance with GDPR.8.3 We reserve the right to request proof of your GDPR compliance during our engagement.

9. Modifications to Lygometryx.AI

9.1 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Lygometryx.AI platform or its services without notice.

10. Warranties and Liability

10.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free use of Lygometryx.AI.10.2 To the extent permitted by law, Lygometryx.AI disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.10.3 Our total liability for any claims arising from the platform’s use will be limited to the total amount paid by you to us in the two months preceding the claim or AUD $1.00, whichever is greater.
